As an Accounts Manager, I was responsible for maintaining accounting records, managing administrative tasks and daily reporting.
Other important duties include:
Managing accounts payables, preparing invoices and delivery notes.
Preparing and verifying bank reconciliations
Resolving account discrepancies; issuing, adjusting or stop payments.
Handle office cash receipts and petty cash fund.
Payrolls and salary deductions.
Managing appointments, daily office schedule and supervising other staff members.
Administer attendance management system of entire employees.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Manager Accounts and Manager Administration
