CURRENT experience

• Trainee Aircraft Engineer since 20th May 2013 to date in Pak Aviation Engineering Services, provide Aircraft maintenance services to Air Indus.                                                                                                    WORK IN LINE MAINTENANCE :
• Performed routine checks including check ‘A’ and check ‘B’ on Boeing 737-300.
• Rectification of flight reported defects.
• Prepared MTOE under the supervision of AME Hassan Iqbal.

   WORK IN BASE MAINTENANCE:

• Engine build up JT8D for Boeing 737-200
• Aircraft and Engine Sensors
• Accelerometer, Angle of attack sensors, Position sensor, Speed control sensor, Total Temperature sensor, Cable harness Assemblies, Exhaust gas Temperature probes.
• Flow meters, Densitometers, Fluid and Fuel Measurement Instrumentation, LVDT Transducers, Pressure Transducers, Vibration Monitoring System, Solenoid valve, Laser Gyro.
• Working on APU pressure switches, Hobbs meter.
• Navigation Instruments.
• BITE test of Systems.

Accomplished Projects

1. Autonomous Security Robot

Project Description:  Our project was mainly on robotics , it consists of a heart and soul, heart was a micro controller AT89C52, soul was its programming. It consists of sensors which acted as its eyes and ears. It was crude try to achieve practically what we have learned in the following years. In this project we use RF transceiver, Infrared, ultra sonic and Proximity sensors.
