Mar/2020-Ongoing Quality Assurance Inspector Officer (QA Inspection Department)

• Ensure GMP compliance during operation i.e., proper labeling, IPC, line clearance etc.
• Perform In-process activity and carry out line clearance and product change over after batch is completed as per the defined procedures.
• Performing challenge test, Leak test, Manage and Maintain File Sample Inventory Register and Quality core processes data and documentation as per QMS requirements.
• Review and Compilation of Batch Documents.
• Make Release and Rejection decisions on floor.
Mar/2019–Mar/2020 Project Trainee Officer (QA Documentation & Change Control Department)

• Attended training for Good Documentation Practices, Data Integrity, Vendor Approval Procedures, SOPs System, Quality Risk Management, Change Control Procedure.
• To ensure the preparation of test and specification, protocols and all other document that is required from time to time. Management and control of documents by logging, stamping, distribution and archival.
• Coordinate in preparation of Quality Risk Assessment of already existing drugs by the help of ICH (International Conference on Harmonization) Q3D Guidelines where to evaluate and analyze the elemental impurities of heavy metals present in the drug and performed FMEA calculations.
• To ensure the preparation of new and revision of existing SOPs to set standards as per GMP compliance till SOPs approval and distribution of copies to point of use.
• Worked on Finish Material & Raw Material Specifications, converting Abbott specs. Into USP & BP specifications by the help of monographs.
• Worked on BoM (Bill of Material) and align the specifications.
• Performed gap Assessment of Manufacturing & Finishing Directions against the validated protocols, also perform a GAP Assessment of change requests with remediation and making CAPA of them.
• Worked with global team on Product Remediation Assessment Tool for gap assessment of API and Drug Product specifications.
• Worked on decommissioning of QA SOFT and introduction of STARLIMS software at site.
• Worked on Retrospective review and effectiveness check of Change Control. Involve in origination of change controls. Attend change control meetings and provide valuable information as required.
• Support in Quality Related Projects, update project trackers and maintain follow ups to ensure timely completion.
• Actively participated in Global Audit as a member of change control team.
