Experience of more than 17 years as Piping/Mechanical Supervisor/Foreman in the field of fabrication, erection, welding activities and quality control, for various construction projects in oil gas, Paper mills, Steel mills, chemical process facilities, power plants and public building projects. Also performed static and rotary equipment erection and structural fabrication (Pipe racks). Piping experience with various construction projects in Oil, Gas and public buildings fields in Middle East & Pakistan. Worked with the People of different Nationalities and culture.

Nature of Work:

Monitoring of fabrication sequencing as per project specification during fabrication work, is performed in accordance with the approved construction procedure, latest IFC drawings, specifications and correct materials.

Performing the job according to fabrication drawings and client’s specifications and also after completion arranging for QC inspectors and third party inspector according to approved ITP.

Ensure that all the fabrication/welding/erection related records such as cutting list, bill of materials, weld cards etc. are properly archived, and cooperate with Safety and QA/QC inspectors by performing as per their recommendations.

Monitoring contractor’s foremen/staff, daily production progress records and report the status to immediate supervising engineer. Participating and preparing of Task Risk Assessment for the given job to categorize and measure the precaution for the task to carryout job safely.

Sending feed backs to the supervising engineers for maintaining the project schedule on time.

Fabrication and erection of structure and piping, monitoring construction activities and Schedule, weekly & monthly progress report, co-ordination with other discipline and supervising Field Erection of piping and structural.

Fabrication and Erection of Structural steel (Pipe racks). Bill of Material (BOM) preparation for individual isometrics. Material take-off for individual isometrics for particular process areas. Preparation of cutting list related to Isometrics. Clearing the punch list items, construction activities and site modifications advices from client & Quality Control department as well.
