As you can see from my CV, I have amassed years of significant, progressive experience in management and have consolidated this with sound business knowledge, securing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management from University of East London in 2007 with a Research / Thesis in Human Resources Management (Recruitment and Selection). 


In my current employment at Bahria Town Karachi, I am working as General Manager Co-ordination/Admin on a project (Bahria Town Institute of Medical Sciences (BTIHS)).  In my previous employments at Karachi Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) Malir Cantt, I was working as Deputy Director KIMS. At Hamdard University (Khi) I was working as Deputy Registrar HRM (Head of HR) & Chief Administrator/Public Relation Officer. At Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd, Business Consulting Services (Pak) I have been working as a Project Manager on different projects related to Human Resources and Employee Training. At Lastminute Network Limited London (UK) (Owned by Sabre Holdings USA), I acted in the capacity of an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and trained a team of 29 individuals in Krakow (Poland), part of migration project from London to Krakow and successfully handed over Trade Desk Operations to Lastminute Networks Limited Krakow (Poland). My overall goals are to contribute to my employer’s profitability through my determination to succeed in my working environment.

 

My management career has provided me the opportunity to hone sound customer service and business and HR expertise, increasing my leadership, negotiation, motivational and general management capabilities.
