• Assisting CFO in setting up new and improved existing processes and controls for periodic finance and operations of ERP system Microsoft AX Dynamic 2012
• Develop and Analyze quarterly financial results of 43 outlets and 6 brands; identify business risks and propose mitigation strategies

I have been associated with Team A Ventures (Private) Limited as Asst. Manager Finance since June 2015. I was reporting to CFO who consequently reports to Managing Director.
Management of entire finance function which key roles were as under:
• Prepared cash flow forecast to monitor and interpret cash flows and predicting future working capital requirements
• Consequently communicated with international suppliers. Managed their statement of accounts and devise a strategy to process timely payments for continuous supply of stocks
• Managed relations with Banks for opening of import LCs & contracts, renewal of financing facilities on annual basis and other day to day tasks
• Managed relations with leasing companies for leasing of new vehicles, timely processing of lease installment, renewal of facilities and enhancement of facility amount
• Maintained record of all leased assets including verification of lease rentals and its related accounting & reporting trail
