Job Responsibilities:
Being an In-charge of MEP systems including Plumbing, Firefighting/Protection and HVAC services, ensured design verifications, site executions, material requirements and handling, transportations, testing and commissioning, planning, site controlling, QA/QC according to the client’s local/International standards and procedures. Managed all design clashes and errors on site during execution and testing by communicating it with main contractor’s personals through experience and knowledge to fulfill the project’s Contractual requirements in time for successful Civil Defense’s approval through NFPA, ASHRE and ASME standards with an efficient manner and acknowledgment.

GHPP powerhouse turbine, Radial gates, stop-logs, Penstocks, Draft-tube, Outlet Pipes, HVAC, Fire-Fighting, Plumbing, Potable water systems design, Drainage systems and Piping.
Job Responsibilities: To make comments after reviewing Vendor’s engineering design documents issued by Andritz Hydro-German (Subcontractor for M&E) and communicate with MWH-USA (Owner’s Consultant) company. Additionally as Project Engineer, supporting M&E site Manager in EPCC Contract requirements, Project plan & scheduling, Logistics and Shipments controlling, Site activities controlling, system designing and implementation as per contract requirements and standards, QA/QC Inspections as per standard ITPs and Codes at sub-supplier shop and at site, Result oriented reporting, preparation of SOPs for site activities, Specify plans for transportation for on-site equipment for erection, Site Inspection Protocol preparations, Complete Piping design with API and ASME standards along with EHS regulations.

Achievements: Successful Completion of MEP services in Pharmaceutical unit at Humak Industrial state, Islamabad
Job Responsibilities:
MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Design, Installations, Commissioning and Maintenance for HVAC plants, Ducting, Piping, Valve installations of Absorption Chillers, AHUs, Dehumidifier units and pharmaceutical production machinery on the site/field. Design of the shop floor drawings, fresh and exhaust air fans for ventilation, Method of Statement for machinery/ equipment rotation and fire fighting ducts design and installation on the site for Pharmaceutical production unit.

Achievements: Successfully designed, manufactured, tested and optimized the Micro Steam turbine of 15KW, Absorption Chiller of 80TR, Reverse Engineering of Centrifugal Compressors of 80 TR (Turbocor-USA) and rotary machinery.
Job Responsibilities:
Design Engineering on Micro Steam Turbines and power plants from scratch with diesel fired boilers, its manufacturing, inspections and operations & controls, Complete CFD Analysis along with ANSYS Turbo Grid, ICEM-CFD and Vista CCD/RTD modules, Runner’s structural analysis on ANSYS workbench, Compared results with the model test results and optimized parameters for maximum efficiency. Centrifugal compressors, HVAC plants, Absorption Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, Dehumidifier units, Rotary Machines and piping design were other directions which were also verified through CFD analysis and Model tests results.
