At the duty my Responsibilities were:
 Implementation on HSE Manual.
 Implementation on HSE Management system.
 Prepared different inspection checklist (Fire Extinguishers, Confined Space, Fire Pumps, Fire Alarm & Smoke Detector, Safety Shower, Fire Monitor etc).
 Conducting HSE Inspection on different projects to ensure implementation of safety standards at site.
 Implement Organization wide HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines and practices onboard the vessels Preparation of Monthly HSE Inspection Schedule.
 Participation in weekly HSE meetings with contractors on safety issues.
 Prepare HSE audit schedule on weekly basis and follow up of any corrective action.
 Work on HSE issues and Incidents to maintain High safety Standards.
 Conduct Emergency Evacuation, Rescue, Fire Fighting, and Medical Emergency drills on monthly basis.
 Conduct Safety talk (TBT) on daily basis.
 Conduct Safety Training on Monthly basis.
 Familiar with all regulatory and Best Practice with respect to Safety, Permit Procedures,
 Looking general safety, assisting to the Forman & Supervisor for giving TBT.
 Attending the HSE meetings with my Safety Department.
 Making the daily site inspection reports/Observations and submits to Safety Manager.
 Giving the safety inductions to (company employees, Visitors and sub contractors).
 Checking the employees they are wearing the proper PPE s according to the job.
 Issue violation notices to the employee for their unsafe Acts.
 Checking all Fire Fighting Equipment on Daily basis.
 Implementation of safety procedure on site.
 Carrying out training and awareness for employees.
 Checking and Implementation of Personal Protective Equipment.
 Inspection and checking of drivers and vehicles on regular basis as well as licenses and certificates.
 Ensure emergency evacuation plan & contact number posted available at site inspection of Fire prevention equipments, Fire extinguisher, Smoke detector and Fire Alarm.
