Job Activities:

SAP:
• Working as SAP-HCM Power User for Personal Administration (HR operations), Payroll, Benefits and Time Management for project (Takamul) at Arabian Gulf Manufacturers LTD.

HR Operations and Payroll:
• Managing a team of 3 employees for HR operations (compensation, payroll, benefits and employee relations).
o Oversee administration of employee time sheets, shifts, off days, overtime calculation and pending time sheet to ensure the accuracy of Employee Attendance Data to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
o Execute eTime attendance processing and interface with payroll.
o Oversee and maintain all type of leaves and benefits records, maintained employee active/inactive status in Zultime, HRQCS (ERP) and SAP system.
• Responsible for Payroll administration of 2000 employees; End to end processing of payroll which includes:
o Liaising with staff and management on payroll related queries, discrepancies and adjustments.
o Calculation and payment of Employee End of Service / Resignation/ Termination.
o Performing compliance and reconciliation (e.g. time sheets, direct deposits, wage attachments, benefits, etc.) for payroll to ensure the accuracy and transparency of payroll.
• Responsible for assisting HR Manager with month end consolidation.

Employee Relations and Benefits
• Preparation of various compensation related report including payroll, turnover reporting, etc.
• Assist in implementation and support the administration of healthcare benefit plan.
• Assist in implementing and managing salary classification and compensation programs.
• Provide assistance to department heads in developing departmental HR plans.
