1 Preparing of Sales tax Return in FBR AND SRB.
2 preparing of purchased and sales Tax register.
3 dispatched all invoice of buyer`s
4 To make the production report of crown and caps.
5 complete all documents relating to the Import and export through LC.

Responsibilities:
•Maintain book keeping
•Preparation of voucher, ledgers and Trial Balance
•Maintain Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statement.
•Sales & Purchase Register

Responsibilities:
Clearing - Receipt and posting of inward and outward clearing/collection. balancing of inward/outward clearing/collection.
Remittances - Issuance/payment of PO/DD/TT.
Pension / Govt. Collection – Collection of funds.
Account Opening - To open the accounts (Current, saving, etc.) Duly completed formalities against customer request. Send requisition slip to head office for printing of chq. Books Verification of CNIC after opening an account. Month end balancing of chq. Books.
Cheque Posting - Posting of Cash / clearing / Tranters cheques.
Dispatch – Arrangement for sending mails of business related tasks to the respective destinations and maintenance of its proper manual record, preferably in registers supported by courier slips.
Cash - Cash transactions handling with cash management cells or the main branch. Handle cash, make and receive payments,
Utility – Collection of utility bills and its proper record keeping

Responsibilities:
We issue extra baggage tickets by calculating the amount and weight.We make daily sales report for whole day’s activities.And We also make other reports regarding EBT matters. We input EBT data in systems and update it.
