Ensure smooth administration functions by looking after housekeeping of
organization
To inspect the internal hospital waste and ensure segregated handling of waste and disposal through contractor as per the standards of Punjab Healthcare Commission.
To supervise and manage the food and other arrangements for the guests and employees.
Monitor security and safety of Building and Material of hospital
Prepare and implement security policies and procedures to minimize pilferage and manage Inward/Outward gate passes.
Ensure regular maintenance of furniture, fixtures, equipments , electrical appliances, hospital building etc. through vendors.
Ensure that all contractual & owned staff vans/cars follow assigned routes, timings and reach the hospital on time.

Conduct interviews
Conduct employee telephonic reference checks.
Represent company in recruitment events such as job fairs, on campus recruitment sessions.
Facilitate in organizing internal and external trainings
Maintain and update employee records and human resource
information systems
Prepare and maintaining organization charts, job descriptions, SOPs etc
of employees.
Conduct employee orientations and exit interviews.
Facilitate seniors in preparation of KPIs regarding annual evaluation of employees for increments.
Issuance of Office Circulars to communicate orders by management to different departments.
