Currently working as a Manager (Inventory management) in Supply Chain department of K-Electric since September 2014. Given below
are the highlights of K-Electric experience.
 Managing the overall inventories, day to day warehousing operations and work force management at main central warehouse.
 Ensuring the SAP processes in line with SAP WM and MM-Modules.
 Managing the major materials Good Receiving, Issuance, Stock transfer (Plant to Plant) and between Storage locations activities on
SAP.
 Ensuring the Health and Safety implementation and compliance at companywide level.
 Interfacing with IT for solving the on-going issues with IT help. Developing the hands on reports on SAP with the help of IT dept.
for facilitation of Warehousing processes.
 Responsible of running smooth warehousing operations and SAP utilizations in line with company SOPs.
 Ensuring the proper material storage till the storage bin level in both physical and SAP-WM module.
 Responsible of Perpetual Physical count process in order to ensure the 100% accuracy between SAP and physical inventory.
 Managing the inventory management reporting for inventory optimum levels, slow moving analysis, dead stocks analysis, material
in/outs analysis and other critical management reports.
 Ensuring the disposal and scrap handling process till the tender level.
 Responsible of development of warehousing process and continuous development projects.

Out of 11 years, my major experience belongs to Supply chain management with Siemens Pakistan in Transformer manufacturing, as a department head to ensure the effective implementation of business process for better business growth. The following are the experience highlights;
 Ensuring all the SOPs and KPIs to be implemented, controlled and monitored for SAP SCM.
 Responsible of Analytical and MIS reporting to Management.
 Conduct the Cost analysis, Change management activities to bring the continuous improvement in process.
 As SAP MM-Module Power User, responsible for Material Management and execution of the following activities.
o Execution of complete Procure to pay process.
o Creation of material master data in SAP MM module in accordance to the technical specs. Released by design
department.
o Material requirement calculation and Purchase requisition generation.
o Generation of RFQs and price comparison sheets.
o Creation of Purchase orders.
o Vendor master data creation.
o New vendors’ pre-qualification and existing vendors periodic assessment with Quality department.
o Major materials includes Electrical steel (different roll sizes), Pressphan (different sizes), Laminated wood, copper (foil, paper insulated, enamel), Tap changers, Bushings, insulators, brass parts, Tank, radiators, different protection equipment relays, Valves, transformer oil etc.
o Tracking of material deliveries with import department.
o Co-ordination with Receiving and Inspection department for material receiving.
o Co-ordination with Production department for execution of monthly sales plan.
o Running MRP (Material Requirement Planning) in SAP for consumables items.
o Monitoring the re-order points of high consumables materials.
o Co-ordination and follow-up with in house and out sourced vendors to ensure JIT (Just in Time) material deliveries toshop floor.
o Stock and inventory of Transformer material reviewed on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
o Co-ordination with Warehouse department for storage and stock reconciliation.
o Co-ordination with Receiving & Inspection department for Good receiving.
o Facilitating the production department to get the required material issued from Warehouse.
o Monitoring the Raw material, Work in-progress and finished good inventories. Quarterly reconciling all the inventories physical versus system.
 Responsible for calculating Material requirements, generating the Procurements proposals and follow-up with interfacing
departments for the on time delivery of material.
 As PP-Module Power User; responsible of following activities.
o Master data creation which includes the following:
 Creation of Bill of Material (BOM) and their change management.
 Creation of Routings and their change management.
 Creation of Production/ Process orders and their change management.
o Work centres creation and their allocation to Routing operations.
o Shop floor control (Production hours confirmations)
o Order release and status management
o Printing of Order Documents
o MRP (setting MRP parameters with respect to Production/ Process order Planning)
o Product costing (checking product costing with respect to Production orders, BOQ and Routings)

 Managing the dealers network across the Pakistan for new order and existing orders execution.
 Working on SAP SD, MM-Module. Managing all the ERP and logistics operations for all customers of GROHE in Pakistan.
 Managing the reporting through SAP BW (Business Warehouse)
 Creating and managing the Sales Orders and complete logistics cycle till the delivery of product to customer in SAP working
environment
 Responsible for managing the internal ERP system DOLPHIN.
 Forecasting and calculating the market requirement.
 Handling the payment issues.

 Managing all the Supply chain process and logistics of different range of transformers, package sub-stations in Sage Line 500 ERP
system.
 Responsible of managing (Material Requirement Planning) MRP in Sage.
 Generating the material requirements as per the Sales forecast and production plans through ERP system.
 Managing the material inventories and stock positions in ERP system in coordination with main ware houses.
 In the head of Purchasing; Responsible of Procurement of materials from local and international market.
 Interacting with suppliers locally and at international level to get the material requirement fulfilled.
 Forecasting and calculating the high lead time materials requirements quarterly and annually
 Responsible of Suppliers pre-qualification in order to maintain the quality of product and strength of suppliers.
 Responsible of working on Tenders with Sales department in terms of planning material availability and deciding the final delivery
of product to be quoted as per the material availability calculation.
