(Maintenance of SHELL LOBP New Automated filling Plant)

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
Responsible to carry out Preventive/Breakdown maintenance of Rotary Equipments as per maintenance guidelines and best practices to ensure the maximum equipment reliability.
Assist manager to create technical data for CMMS system.
Write technical reports and presents to management and other interested parties.
Develops standards for major maintenance overhauls and outages.
Review equipment design and/or develop an original equipment design to perform or improve performance of production processes.
Maintains and advises on the use and disposition of stock items, surplus items, and rental equipment.
Participates in root cause analysis when required, analyzes equipment failures and prepares and issues reports identifying root cause of failure and actions to prevent future failures.
Responsible for collecting the maintenance work orders monthly, record and analyze.
Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly;
Promotes equipment standardization & monitors new tools and technology.

Erection & Fabrication of Steel Structure and Machinery.
- Review and check design development drawings, specifications and Bill of Quantities (B.O.Qs) for
different areas of works.
- Plan, schedule and monitor daily site work related to assigned works.
- Assist in commissioning documents along with operational and maintenance manuals for different areas of work.
- Co-ordinate with production to overcome the problems.
- Diagnose and repair faults on engineering equipment.
